How the route works
One story, delivered the way newsrooms want it, with a report you can hold us to.
1. Upload your release
It works like the wire services you already know: your company writes the release and uploads it to us. Press-ready copy, your quotes, your images. If you do not have a release or a writer on staff, we can draft one from your news and you approve every word before anything moves.
2. We make it newsroom-ready
Every outlet on our route has been checked by hand: how they take submissions, who reads them, what format they want, word limits, image specs. Your release is checked and adapted to those rules for each stop on the route, because a release that respects the newsroom gets picked up more.
3. Delivery along the route
We deliver your story outlet by outlet: submission forms, newsroom emails to the right person, community calendars where they fit. We also publish a matching Google Business post, because Google's own AI leans heavily on your business profile for buy-now searches.
4. The proof report
Fourteen days after delivery you get the report: every confirmed pickup with a link and a screenshot, plus an AI citation check across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI, compared against your baseline. If a story underperforms, you see that too. Honest numbers are the product.
What we will never do
- Promise that a specific outlet will run your story
- Count a syndicated blast as coverage
- Pad a report with sites nobody reads
- Send anything you have not approved
